Friendly staff, explained everything. Tram stop in front for easy access to city center. Nice room, free parking. Good breakfast, variety of homemade cake. Refurbished older hotel, cleverly done. Close to shopping center with restaurant.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The tram stop outside the hotel made transportation easy. Roberto provided hassle-free tickets and marked places to visit on the city map. The buffet breakfast was adequate. The location was convenient for accessing the city and the airport.
